Diocese told by Vatican to offer Traditional Latin Mass

The above link offers hope for those places where the bishop hinders or fails to support requests for Traditional Latin Masses. I believe, when I get more time, I will begin requesting a Sunday Traditional Latin Mass as per Summorum Pontificum.
